About Us
The Colorado Alliance for Public Service (CAPS) is an informal group of former federal employees and contractors. We are dedicated to protecting the rights of public service workers and advocating for effective and just US action abroad and here in Colorado.
History
CAPS came together from meetings of the Tuesday Group in March 2025. We have held dozens of meetings with policymakers looking for both short term assistance and a long-term vision on foreign aid and public service.
Alliances
We work with like-minded groups who have an interest in strengthening US democracy, policymaking, global engagement and improving conditions for public service.
